Seems the drill is too wide or the extractors are too small.
I have lock nuts on my vehicle that some mechanic decided to keep for themselves. So when I when to pull off the tire I found the key was gone. Dealerships wanted $300 to $400 to remove and replace the lugs so I thought why not diy and have a nice tool set instead. Drilling wasn’t easy but I managed to get it done after about an hour. Once I was satisfied with the hole I proceeded to the next step where you insert the extractor and pound it in with the tool holder and hammer as instructions said to do. I was sure not to go hard on turning the extractor and saw I was only getting to about 50 foot pounds of pressure when the extractor started slipping. I tried drilling deeper and making sure the extractor would go all the way in but still couldn’t get grip and at around fifty foot pounds of pressure it slipped again. Pictures show the two extractors I used and the hole I had in the security lug. It seems that this set gives you four extractors because you would end up using one per wheel.

Does not work. Would not recommend no matter what ChrisFix says.
I am a professional mechanic. I bought this kit to keep in my tool box in case I needed to remove a lock set. I attempted the removal job and none of the guides fit. Additionally, both of the carbide tipped drill bits broke. I ended up having to use Cobalt drill bits from your normal big box store. and then to top it off. When i hammered the "extractor tip" into the hole that i had made, the tip stripped off in the hole that i had made. Its just a poor quality kit. i would have been better off getting something similar off of the Snap-On truck. probably would have cost the same and had the lifetime warranty

Poor quality
Weak materials. Broke on first lug bolt. Don't buy.

Not what I expected but still useful.
This kit is designed for damaged locking lugs or rounded lugs. And I will evaluate that performance once I use it for that. I would not recommend it if your studs are spinning in the hub. Get a lug ripper, It has a large mill bit to drill out the stud all the way through the nut.

It's quite useless, doesn't work.
None of the lug holders fit. For the I expected more. Used a $15 drill bit set to get the job done. Totally useless tool.
