Unfortunately item arrived with fault. Manufacturer would not help as it was purchased through Amazon. Option either to dismantle the whole thing for a new one or partial refund. Took two hours to build only to find out one of the feet wonky and stand doesn’t stand upright. Manufacturer would not send the small part. Really unimpressed.

The item seems flimsy and the pre-drilled holes for the bolts were in the wrong place. Was offered a refund if I returned after it was half built and the box it came in was damaged. Avoid!

Hooks aren't attached to the frame, they come off with your coat when you take it off. Hope this helps....

One hanging clip missing, one of the side panels is dented and the instructions are clear but I believe in the wrong order as it was too tight to fit shelf which meant the unit got scraped.

Great Value, just not as heavy as I would really like but still happy, first time using amazon warehouse and very impressed

Brilliant product, unfortunately the hooks are missing from the package. So rack doesn't really work now! Can't return as already built. Not happy!

+ Looks good!- The manual wasn't great. Before you finish installing the horizontical metal panels, do the same for the horizontical wooden one. Else you are going to have to do this from the start (almost).- I don't think the wooden panel can support someone sitting on top of it so he/she can tie their shoelaces :(

Bought two of these until we have some storage built in. Very easy to put together and practical. They look nice too.
