It did its job, it killed the weeds and everything else though. Unfortunately, I took the advice of my sister and got this stuff and spread it everywhere without doing my research. It killed the weeds alright but it also killed my Bermuda grass. That's on me for not doing my research first which is so unlike me. Now I will pay for this decision. This product has atrazine in it which does in fact kill Bermuda grass. Do not buy this if you have Bermuda grass.

The warning: if you do not have a st augustone grass lawn, this can kill your lawn. For us, before me moved in it was st Augustine grass but a previous Tennant had chickens and destroyed the lawn so now ita a mix of st Augustine, blown in bahia seed lawn, and weeds. The bonus S will kill off the the Bahia and other seeding grasses as well as the weeds. Don't expect a complete die off, you know how it is. But the weeds will be significantly weekend and the st Augustine will be able to do its job and take back territory. Before, manual weeding never seemed to help. I know it did because I know that if I didn't do it the problem would be much worse, but now that I applied this, manual weeding has made a noticeable difference. The st Augustine is coming in fuller and spreading to bare spots that were previously rampant weed. I hate the chemicals, but know how it is living in HOA, they expect certain things and the law is on their side even if the previous tenants are at fault. They might have gotten in trouble for the chickens but the problem is ours to solve. I do not feel you will NEED to apply yearly, yes it will make your yard pop, but an ever few years application of a well taken care of and manually weeded lawn can look great.

Works great on Zoysia and St Augustine.

Ive been using this product for years. Every year I put it on (twice a year - sometimes a bit more, and other Scott products) and I wait for results...I wait & I wait. I guess I am a slow learner as I still have the same weeds, the quality of grass seems the same, to be honest, nothing seems any different for applying this. The only difference is that the price is going higher and higher. I have 2 lawns that I apply this on. One lawn is the same, and one lawn is worse. It has a fungus. I have applied the Scotts fungus product time and time again and there is absolutely no change. Are these lawn products just a psychological product that you have been "trained/brainwashed" into buying. I genuinely dont think any of the lawn products like this have made any difference. Im not going to buy them anymore.
