Easy to use.
Purchased this to replace the one I had been using when it started behaving erratically. This replacement was a totally different devise mind as I wasn’t a fan of the one I had been using so decided to try something totally different.Glad I did as this one was a breeze in comparison.Very easy to use with clear concise instructions. Was super easy to use and no coding whatsoever. It also seemed to be accurate which is a definite must.It was a great price and comes with all you need to test your bloods along with plenty of spare lancets and strips.Would recommend this test highly I am very happy with its performance and would defiantly purchase this one again if I needed another testing kit.

Great Value and good accuracy and lances & strips easy to order
I have recently been diagnosed with Diabetes , and wanted a tester i could keep at work to test when i am there .What i liked and attracted to me the most was the price difference from major brand names . i have found the major brand names are very very expensive , and with being type 2 they are not supplied for free , so a little look around on line i looked for an alternative kit and came across this kit. This is a full kit supplied with testing machine, strips , lances everything you need for under £20 .The machine is supplied with lifetime warranty , which give you peace of mind and the spares are easily accessible .The kit is supplied with detailed instructions , which were very clear and easy to follow .When you take your blood and put onto the testing strip it only takes a few seconds to give you the results , i tried at same time with my branded one and they read the same result which was great news .I will no longer be using my branded one far better value for money

Simple to use, *once you realise what to do.*
It took a few attempts to work out how to get a reading.Once you've used the lancet injector, and produced a drop of blood the instructions say to put the blood onto the test strip pad. This is wrong.Look at the end of the test strip, when it is inserted in the device (Note that the blue and white part is uppermost). You'll see two black pads, linked together with three little black lines. See the photoDip the edge of the testing strip where the gap is, into the small blood spot on your finger. Like dipping a Toast Soldier into a soft boiled egg.You don't need to smear the drop on top of the strip as I was initially trying, and wondering if the meter was knackered.A small amount of blood is sucked up by capillary action, and starts the countdown timer after which your result is shown in mmol/L.The amount of blood needed is minuscule once you know how to use this device. I wasted several test strips and lancets before I worked out what to do.The lancet autojet device is supposed to show a red dot through the clear button. There is no red dot on mine, but looking closely you'll see the viewing window on the button goes from showing a white bar, to a white circle (where the red paint should be).Access to the hole where the lancet goes is achieved by unscrewing the part where the the pin depth is shown. I have mine set to 4.I also noted that the device tends to cock itself when pushing the lancet into the hole, no need to cock the autojet by pulling the cocking handle on the rear.Using the autojet feels like being pinged with a small elastic band. It's not painful. The kit comes in a quite frankly cheap little case. I'll be changing the case to something more robust, and better made. Probably a small compact camera case, or similar.A blood glucose indicator card is supplied, showing the mmol/L with a conversion to mg/dl (how the Americans measure blood glucose). I found this card to be broadly useless. The colour scheme uses green to show a 'borderline' high reading instead of green to be a normal (non diabetic) level. Normal is blue. I'll use the info on diabetes.co.uk or diabetes.org.ukThe reason for dropping a star in each category is mainly down to what I thought is unclear instructions, the crappy blood chart, and a poor storage case. The meter and autojet are made of a decent standard, as you'd hope.Would I buy this again, given a choice? Yes.

Excellent
I am very pleased with my purchase of Sinocare Diabetes Testing Kit. First time I used it I had a ‘lo’ reading. I re ran the test and had an actual reading. The first time I was a bit hesitant and there was insufficient blood. I am now confident and pleased I decided to purchase. The kit is complete with what is required and is kept secure in a neat bag. The instructions are excellent, comprehensive and easy to follow.

very easy to use.
I was a complete novice when I began using this machine but it was so easy to use that by my 2nd attempt it was as though I had been using it all my life. My gp seems happy with the accuracy of this machine so everyone is happy with the product. I would definitely recommend it.

But this one you won’t regret it
Newly diagnosed I was dreading using one of these. Needn’t have worried so simple to use. It doesn’t hurt, doesn’t need much blood & results in 5 seconds. Nice little carry case keep everything in there to take with you.

Good products and quality!
I bought this product as a gift for my parents. They are older and like to eat sweet desserts, I am afraid that they have high blood sugar. It was not used at the beginning, but later step by step according to the instruction inside , and found it quite simple. They said that the results were the same for three consecutive tests, a bit high, and it seems that can not eat any more sweet.
