I love buying Japanese nonstick scissors! For the price these can't be beat! The non-stick coating seems as good as more expensive scissors.*1 year update* I purchased all sorts of scissors trying to find something just right and these are the ones I reach for first every time for general household use. It actually cuts better than much more expensive scissors. The nonstick has not worn down at all, works like new. Blades have been extremely durable and don't get damaged from tough material.

Nice scissors. I like how they have a cover to go over the blades. I also like how the blade is a bit rounded at the end.

Love the cap that comes with it. Easy to travel with in my car. Cute color and works well. Sturdy, too.

These work very well and tape and other sticky items. Very sharp and easy to hold.

These are my go-to scissors. They’re great for fussy cutting and trimming washi and/or PET tape. They’re so smooth! And the handles are pretty comfortable for long crafting sessions, especially compared with other brands that have just pure plastic as the handles, and no cushion.Honestly my only con would be that the blades are sometimes too big for the finite details in fussy cutting. I wish these were available in a smaller size!!

These are really great scissors. I like them in every way except that the pair I got was NOT serrated. I got them to cut hair, but they don't work well for that due to lack of serrations.In every other way, the quality is excellent! They do a great job on everything else I've tried them on. The engineering is superb, and the quality throughout is perfect. I can't imagine that a pair of scissors got through their quality control without serrations, but mine seem to have done that. The fit and finish on everything else is beautiful.The outside of the handles is made of a hard plastic that's an off-white, maybe an ivory color. The inside parts of the handle, where you grip it, are a very pale grey softer plastic. They have just enough grip to keep your hand from sliding on the surface, and just enough padding to make the scissors comfortable to use without being so soft as to lose control.The blades seem to handle everything that doesn't need serrations better than any other scissors I've found. I like them a lot. They're just not good for what I bought them for, which was cutting hair. It's possible that I got an error that slipped through quality control, and the others might have serrations.

Bought this for my stepdaughter and she absolutely loves how sharp it is and how easy to use it. She is left handed and this works well for her.
