Tl;dr: chair is comfy, color matches headphones, some small but disregardable flaws.So I got this chair as an upgrade from a weird yoga ball chair. This chair is really nice, the design is sleek, the color is soft, and it is overall comfortable. It offers ALOT more back support than the chair I used to have. The color matches the Razer Quartz pink headphones, which was exactly what I was aiming for. The chair is also perfect for my height (5’1), I’ve tried a few chairs and most of the backs were too tall and made me look like a baby. But this one makes me look normal. The back of the chair is roughly 30.4in long if you want to be exact.Upon opening the package I notice the zipper handles were missing (both on the chair and pillow) and the lumbar pillow had a small crinkle on it. Nothing too bad. Assembling was rather easy, although requires a bit of elbow grease and reading the instructions carefully. It’s not something to just start assembling without reading the manual I’ll tell you that. Plus they provide some extra screws just in case.After assembling I also realized that the bar that allows you to lean the chair back is super close the the chair stand. So it’s a bit uncomfortable to reach the bar and lean back at the same time. One last thing I also noticed was that when the leg rest is all the way out it bends a bit which makes me worry that it’ll slip out (obvious fix is to only use it if you’re leaned back so your not putting too much weight on it.)If theirs any updates I’ll be sure to post them here.

Let me preface this review by saying I am a 5'3" female. I purchased this chair for myself, as I am sitting at my desk/computer for hours at a time and often my buttocks will become sore. I wanted a chair with the addition of vibration to help with the soreness I experience.The chair was super easy to put together and I was able to put it together by myself in under an hour. The chair is comfortable and supportive, and I don't feel like i am about to fall out of it or like it is going to break.For the seat, the sides (along the outside of the thighs) is raised, which is a little awkward for something with a larger butt/thighs.The leg rest is PHENOMENAL and my favorite part! I was worried it was going to be too long (as I have short legs) and it was going to put too much pressure on my knees. It does not! However, if you are 6' and taller I think you will be disappointed in the length of the foot rest and it will not be long enough for you.Also I feel that the vibration is pretty good and strong. Certainly not a deep tissue massage, but enough to bring about some relief. Also the vibrating, lumbar cushion is adjustable which is really nice if I want more support elsewhere.The head pillow is not as customizable and I rarely am tilted far back enough to use it properly.

I got this chair mainly because it’s pink and white and pretty and I for some reason only wanted a pink and white chair. It’s very pretty. Basically, it’s a decent gaming chair. It’s not the best but it’s not the worst. It’s comfortable, but I’ve sat in better. Assembly is easy, the only problem I had was popping the wheels in. You don’t need any tools, it comes with all you need. The head rest pillow for some reason doesn’t go through the holes in the back of the chair, it just goes around the top, which IMO looks kinda dumb. It’s just all around decent. It’s supportive but not perfect, kinda awkwardly shaped. Feel like the pillows could be improved on and there could be more padding added to the seat. I love how it looks though and though I haven’t really used it yet it seems comfortable to sit in (especially reclined, sitting upright in this chair is weird) and the footrest is a nice touch. What’s kinda unfortunate for me is that the arm rests (which don’t do much really, and are just hard plastic) are at exactly the same height as my desk even when lowered all the way so I can’t push it in all the way. I’ll probably just remove the arm rests. Overall very cute and pretty comfortable chair and I’m happy with my purchase, I just feel like it should be a bit cheaper than what it was (at time of review $150, in case it updates. My cat likes it though :)

Easy to assemble; took about 20-30 minutes. Overall pretty sturdy and I didn't feel like the chair would break after leaning side to side on it, The leg rest is another story, it feels as if it will bend/break with excessive pressure but not an issue if you plant your feet to sit up. The product did come with a warranty that you have to send in and a product guarantee from the supplier which was nice. Seat is firm with pillows being ~medium firm. Pretty comfortable. At it's lowest height it still sits pretty tall. I am 5'6" and when I sit fully in chair, I am on my toes and not flat footed. Leg rest sits just below my calves when fully extended and provides a good some good support for me, but might be an issue for people over 6 feet. Worst thing about this product is the massager. Its a nice vibration but limits your range of motion to ~90 degrees due to the shortness of the cord. At the time of buying this product, it was the best price for what it offered. Overall solid 9/10. If you're looking for a gaming chair I would suggest buying this product, but would recommend the model without the massager as I believe it a better value (at the time of posting this, base model was ~20-30$ cheaper).

Compre esta silla porque decía que daba masaje con un cojín vibratorio. El asunto es que no me llego ningún cojín vibratorio, de haber sabido hubiera escogido otra silla con otros colores y tal vez a menor precio. Es buena silla pero estoy decepcionado por eso.

The back rest lumbar is very comfy, the seat itself is very comfy with the adjustments available. The only downside is the armrests. They screw into place and don't have an adjusent factor, that's the only room for improvement. I couldn't find one that offered a massaging/vibrating backrest with better armests for this price range though so overall still the best chair for the price.

I really appreciate the customer service they provide. I bought this chair few months ago and the piece of wire that connects the massager and USB port broke. I reached out to seller and they immediately sent me the replacement. Now I am able to use the massager in the chair.Thank you so much.!

The chair is so comfy, it was so easy to assemble, I’ve been having back problems and I can sit in the chair for good amount of hours, love the massager pillow it’s a good chair for the price and love the foot rest.
