without reading other user reviews, got one for 10yr old to clip to back of life jacket while we are surfcasting for striped bass on beaches at nite so I can keep track of him We have both been so happy with it that I actually took time to write a review in response to some of the unknown mentioned issues, this is what we found so far To attach to life vest rather than wasting zip ties, use a Small water bottle carabiner/ clip holds it very securely Bought as we were going thru a glow stick every nite whether we fished for 1 hour or 8. This has been a much more flexible option It has been wet with saltwater several times, even thru a self- inflating life vest deployment, and withstood fresh water wash downs. The light it emits, esp green is extremely bright, even under bright moon conditions. Dark nites it has been almost too bright. plenty of light emits well thru the full length and with the easy twist off top the end emits enough to be used to light way when walking in emergencies when he lost his headlight in the ocean. To make charging easier was able to install a magnetic charger tip that we use on all of our various household electronics and the cap is able to securely lock on. has lasted and recharged within spec guidelines with no issues. Highly recommend

Love these for camping, gave a few to my nephew's, and it was much easier to keep an eye on them when they ran around at night. They loved them too. They work well, and the fact you can recharge them is awesome. Handy to keep one in the truck too in case of emergencies

A rechargeable glow stick. Love it. I wear this while on the night range or use it to illuminate an area before flying the drone to help preserve “night vision.” Have also used it to mark the drone LZ in low light situations. Multiple colors can also communicate status or other information. Great little buy for the price.

I wish it was usb-c as im trying to phase out everything that isnt usb-c And I wish it had yellow and purple and orange, But for what it currently does. It is good. And I am glad to have purchased them, and the only reason I wont buy more is because I want something usb-c, and with more colors, and that product just doesn’t exist, so please make it happen

I love this, Brighter than expected, get good comments, wear it for safety. I accidentally left it outside in the snow for three weeks and it's just fine.

Light enough to clip to a jacket, belt loop or key chain. Cool that it's rechargeable. I plan to use the red light to preserve night vision while using a star map.

Uses outdated charging methods, clip broke nearly instantly attached to my backpack and was lost on the beach.

The rechargeable feature is a plus. The minus is the brightness isn’t there.

I love how bright and cute this glow stick is and most of all, that is is rechargeable able and avoids plastic waste of the single use ones. I got this for my daughter for camping as it was always fun to have glow sticks to hang use and/or hang from the tent. This glow stick is actual useful and puts out great light. Would be great as a light for visibility walking the dog or at a campsite etc light lasts a long time and charges like all other rechargeable devices.

Got this for my toddler after getting blackout blinds and found it made things -too- dark and he loves this. It does make for bedtime turning into a bit of a rave some nights, but its recharable and flexible and probably isnt meant to be a toddler night light but it does a good job as one.

This belongs to my kids, and whilst they are too young to watch/understand Star Wars, they love running around waving it about and making slashing sounds. This looks similar to a chemical glowstick, has similar brightness, but you can turn this off when you're not using it and recharge it for later, plus it changes colour. The little clip on the end is good for attaching to zip pulls and lanyards too so it's less likely likely to get lost. Great little toy/lightsaber thing that after a month of being tortured is still going strong.
