Pull out the wallet, and it'll hold my 9mm plus spare clips.Get the picture? It holds a lot of stuff, and it does so without getting in the way. The webbing belt clips onto the sides and runs around my waist through belt loops for extra secure fitting. The clips on the back fit through the belt or any other web strap and usually holds on but the snaps can sometimes open unexpectedly.My only complaint and the only reason this isn't a 5-star item is that the Molle strips broke on the back.
