I have used basic basters, the fancy super long basters, and even bought the two little fishies contraption. This is the only one I use now because it's easy to use and accurate. And then above all that it's cheap. 2 for $20. I personally never use it with the rubber tip on, since I don't ever need that much accuracy, and if I did I'd just hold the feeder over the coral or whatever and let the food come out. Perfect for getting food down to coral deep in tank. It does have a design issue. The compression fitting that holds tube in place is not near long enough to hold tube securely. It kept slipping out of fitting. My fix was to use a couple of heat shrink tubes to overwrap the tube and compression nut.
