Oh no!
Was happy with the purchase at first. Perfect fit. Relatively easy to install. But after a month, the heavy squeaking is back as if the door check had never been changed. I was hoping it would have 2 or 3 years. The OEM lasted 17 years. Very bummed.

Just What I Needed
Easy to install. Found a video on youtube that told me to take off door panel, then take of speaker, and install the door check by reaching up through the speaker area. I have a 2003 Express Van.

It seems to be working just fine.
This item was slightly different from the OEM in that the strut linking the door to the chassis is straight. It will fit but you have to fasten all four fasterens first before you tighten them down. It seems to be working just fine.

Perfect fit for my 2010 GMC Savana Van. Be advised you must remove the door panel to install this Door Check #924-920. Take great care not to break the plastic clips that hold the door panel on, took about 20-30mins....
