Design for mounting on a masonry wall needs improvement. The base needs to be a thicker to allow the wires to rest in the base opening so the camera can be attached to the base. The base mount is very very thin and even with the provided flat head screws, the wires prevents the camera from being able to be secured with the bottom provided screw. I had to add some shims between the masonry wall and the base to provide room for the wires so the camera would secure to the base. Cutting the wires short enough to fit the existing base made it impossible to attach the wires to the camera connection.

I bought this 2.5 years ago and it worked well, mostly. My attempts to reset it and connect to WiFi have been unsuccessful.

after couple of months of use its stop working actually its never work any good connectivity is bad motion sense is bad but cheap andno subs.but it doednt work any more.do yourself a favor pay little more buy good wuality doorbell.

I was looking for a smart doorbell for my apartment in Florida that would let me know when packages or visitors arrive when we are on the beach. I didn't want to pay for a service fee each month, so this was the best bet. So far, the product has been excellent - I was able to install it on my own, easily connect it to my wifi and the app is reasonably easy to use. I wish that the app connected with the camera a little easier, but over all good investment.title: Bought it for our condo, easy setup.

I get a lot of deliveries and wanted to know when things arrive so I can arrange for them to be picked up. Also there's a lot of foot traffic in my neighborhood so for security reasons I thought this doorbell was a necessity. I really like the fact that there is no paid subscription and the setup was fairly simple. It works perfectly and the price is right,

I went through a few of these doorbells before finally trying this one and Im glad I did. Its a quality product and was super easy to install. Support was solid as I had a question, they got back to me quickly. Awesome value, thank you.

Upon receipt, I installed it and it is already running and the image is very beautiful and sharp, excellent for the price, so far so good

I did not get no scan code for the doorbell nowhere why is that.
