Fantastic, well sized, good price , great arch support
I suffer with planter fasciitis and have high arches as well as hammer toes. I know... I'm painting a great picture for you right ! I work in a Hospital and 14hr shifts. These insoles are very comfortable along with a sensible pair of Nursing shoes. I also have a pair in my trainers which are equally comfortable and supportive. I would usually have to wear palantir arches in my shoes but with these it wasn't necessary. Im a prfect size seven quite narrow feet and fitted perfect. Hope this helps.

Wow Just what I needed for my poor feet
I have never had flat feet before as I have always worn boots or shoes, but I ended up with Plantar Facilities which is so painful and was given half-sole by the hospital but they were so uncomfortably so never used them, and then just browsing Amazon I found these read the reviews and gave them a try and wow heaven came, at last, no pain not discomfort for me and feel so much more supportive with my feet. I went with this color purple and I would recommend them if you suffer what I suffer from as we are all different in size weight and height and before you do use these check with your general practitioner, practice nurse, hospital before you decide as these may not suit you as everyone is different, but to me their heaven and good for my feet. I like the ball in the center of the sole as it gives that little bit more support. Brilliant thanks to Amazon getting them to be faster and the seller for having them still in stock.

Weird, flawed design; painful and unusable
While the additional support in the middle of the insole felt good after a little, there is a strange, horizontal lip around the heel on these insoles, unlike any other insole I've used. This prevents shoes from fitting properly once they are inserted and resulted in a painful welt on the back of my heel after walking to the shops. Perhaps ordering insoles a couple of sizes too large and trimming the lip off might improve matters but, as things are, they are the worst insoles I've ever tried.

It works
I was advised to get some insoles to support my arches. An absolute myriad of choice available and I am really pleased that I chose these ones. I love wearing flat boots (which is why I need the support) and these fitted perfectly as the boots are quite roomy so my feet are quite snug but comfortable. I can feel the support under my arch but its comfortable and I notice that I am now walking better and my knee is not griping. I will be ordering more for my other boots. They are probably not good for shoes already close fitting.

Good product, but one condition....
6/10. So, I think these are a good product, but unfortunately I can't use them because they are so thick inside my boots. I can't remove the insole in my boots, so laying these insoles on top just means that your feet are squashed in your shoes. I tried trimming them down, thinking this might help, but it doesn't. So, these are only good IF you can remove the sole already inside your shoes/boots. They are very comfortable, and have a good support area for the bridge of your foot. I may try to put them into trainers which I can remove the soles already fitted.

5 stars!!
I have trouble with achilles tendons in my heels and have some insoles from the doctor that have become increasingly uncomfortable. I was skeptical buying these, but omg I'm so glad I did! My knees used to crunch going upstairs, not any more. I walked with a limp when getting up from sitting, not any more. The tendon was painful between my toes, not any more. Posture corrected. Absolutely will buy again. I just don't know how long they'll last, I'm not dainty

Great supportive insoles for sore feet and ankles
I suffer from really bad ankle pain in the mornings (or when ive been sat still for a long period). These insoles cut that pain drastically. They take a few days of getting used to, and can feel weird for a few minutes each time you start wearing them. But that doesn't last long, you soon forget you are even wearing them. From the very next day I noticed my ankle pain had reduced considerably. They support the your feet especially the ball and the arch. I'm working on my feet all day and they really help my sore feet. I'm going to purchase a 2nd pair for another pair of shoes, so I don't have to swap them over from my work shoes.

Eased my plantar fasciitis pain after 1 day
I have a mortons neuroma and plantar fasciitis in my left foot. It's extremely painful. I've had bespoke insoles made that cost hundreds of pounds and actually made the discomfort worse. These insoles eased the pain in my foot after one day. They feel a bit weird at first but you get used to them.I don't expect miracles because I've had 3 cortisone injections in my foot and the next stage is an operation. But these have definitely helped, particularly for the plantar fasciitis. For a faction of the cost of bespoke insoles I'd say these are worth a try.
