They came held together with two of the plastic, through the cloth, darts/ties (the ones used everywhere). Issue was these were very tight and hard to cut without cutting the material. Very soft. Very comfortable. Not thick but not thin. Laid right on the skin no itchiness whatsoever. I’m highly sensitive For my skin. So this was great for me.
