Fits the TG5060TR
Once you get past the fact that the Targus TG5060TR is cheap, light and disposable (which is what it's supposed to be: the kind of tripod you won't mind leaving at some security checkpoint when they won't let it past or to use as an emergency splint) it's biggest problem is that tiny wing screw on the adapter. It can take several minutes to get it off one camera and on to another. The second biggest problem is losing the adapter. By buying a second one of these, I can keep one adapter permanently on my camera and one always attached to my phone clamp. The tripod's quick release feature is now actually useable. As far as needing a shim or something to use with the TG5060TR, I don't seem to need one, it fits perfectly. YMMV.

Fit perfectly...
This was a perfect fit for my Amazon's Basic 50" light duty tripod. My other one was over stressed by putting too heavy of a light on it and broke. I can't speak to how sturdy it is, but it fits like the original.

Hard to find, due to not being familiar with equipment parts, but glad I asked a professional and gave me the name of it. It fit perfectly in my tripod that was missing that part. Great product!
