BisonDesigns Tap Cap 38mm Belt with Gunmetal Buckle (Graphite, Max 38-Inch Waist/Medium)

I had a great Dakine belt once that had a bottle opener on it, but it somehow walked away. This Bison Designs belt is made from quality webbing and the gunmetal color and silver buckle look great. The bottle opener works well- it just took me a few tries to figure out which way to open the bottle. The belt is made in Colorado which is a plus (my home state). My only complaint is that I have a 32-inch waist and there is a decent pigtail (five inches or so) past the buckle.

I would have given 5 stars but it was a different color than what I originally ordered but my Husband still loved it, it was Colbalt instead of Graphite in color

I think this belt was on sale because Amazon prolly can't match the advert to the product. I didn't get the color I ordered, but at least it's the right belt. It's been holding up my pants pretty good and the color is still nice, so not complaining, really.

Very heavy duty, but a bit bulky. The metal buckle is a bit heavy, and the strap is very thick. I wanted a belt, not a climbing harness. Also the lack of a quick release, means it takes some time to take off or on

I was waiting tables in downtown Salt Lake City in 2007 during the outdoor retailers show. Some guys from Bison Designs came in and were super friendly and told me to check out their belts. I picked one up just to say thanks, and I’ve been so pleased ever since. I’ve literally had this same belt since 2007 and there’s absolutely nothing wrong with it after everyday wear for 15+ years. Incredible. The only reason I bought a new one is because I wanted to try the one with the bottle opener buckle. It feels just as durable and the quality is on par with my old one. Customer for life. I choose durability and functionality over fashion.

Great belt, "Graphite" does not come as shown, though. It's definitely blue!

The graphite color is actually blue. It looks nothing like the photo, on any of my computer/mobile screens. Although there is a grayish tint to the color, it's so obviously blue that I don't think most people would reasonably choose the word "graphite" to describe it.I can't comment on the other features of the belt, because I didn't bother taking it out of it's plastic bag. As soon as I saw the color, I immediately started a return with Amazon. I may re-order in black, but don't want to risk trying another color after this experience.
