The soles were a great size, I was able to cut them with regular scissors to shape. Despite cutting thick rubber, the process was manageable and fast. They were also the exact thickness as the original soles which was great as a replacement! The original sole is on the left.

I saved a pair of boots I love which shoe repair had pronounced dead by cutting out the heel pattern and gluing them on. They work like a charm!!

These heel cups are very tough and you get a decent amount for the price. Be careful trimming these- I ended up cutting by thumb trimming these to size. Shoe glue does a great job to attaching these to worn-out soles so long as the surfaces are clean and sanded. You can stack these up if you want more of a lift or just need a thicker heel. Don't use too much glue, and the excess can damage leather and/or stick your shoes to the floor.

These were everything I hoped for. Thickness was perfect, easy to trim to size. I used Loctite shoe glue to attach to the shoe and am very pleased with the results.

they were a solid rubber heel replacement. i'll give them that. and they might if i can cut them to size, but...they were HUGE, like for mens shoes. and i lughed out loud when seeing them. honestly put them away and cannot find them now. Description did not say for men or women, but the type heel i need is for a women's heeled Mary Jane that is quite cute.

Soles material was sturdy and suitable. for use. Good thickness without being bulky. Materials was relatively easy to cut to size. Glued in place with shoe repair product . - Let set overnight. Good to go !!
