It exceeded my expectations
I purchased the hard compound for the maximum durability willing to compromise grip, but holy moly they do have tons of grip, haven't tested them on cold temperatures yet, also the durability seems more than enough, not too much wear for the moment, and I usually run the car to the limit so the tyres heat a bit, also haven't done that much of runs but they will last more than some youtube vids say (12packs or so), so yeah, don't doubt it more and buy them (take into account that I use them on my typhon 3S 1/8 with a few suspension mods for low ride height and better stability for turns)

Perfect on Typhon 3S
Running on new Typhon 3S. Way lower profile than the stock tires. Purchased as we run the Typhon on the street not in dirt. 5 minutes installation. Remember to Loctite the wheel nuts. Tires look amazing on this car and seem to be wearing well after a few weeks of use. Lowered center of gravity and these tires compound mean this car really sticks to the road. Worth the price for a great Typhon upgrade.

I ordered two sets of new Hoons Silver. I received two sets of ran through junk. Amazon does not check their returns. Be warned. The tires would have been great if they were new. I like the Hoons. But Amazon sucks.

No grip whatsoever.
Durable but zero grip on asphalt and concrete. Rubber is too hard. Tires don't really heat up or get sticky. Just look at the first video provided in reviews. That person's buggy is all over the place.

Silver compound is very very hard, but longer lasting that others (White and Gold). These fit my Typhon 6s perfectly, and also fits on my Typhon 3s. Great for street bashing.

They work great on the Traxxas rally but you need to but Traxxas hex adapters. The only bad thing is that they wear down very quickly.

It's a huge money grab. Arrma knows your rip right though these tires in a few passes, yet they charge these prices anyhow. Buying fuel and glow plugs were cheaper. I'm going to a solid rubber tire because these prices are outrageous.
