The 6'5 inch is a really nice piece that looks and feels like a professional scissor, but seems intended for use by a non-pro with small hands. The movement is smooth, the blades are sharp, and the finish is beautiful. But a professional cosmetologist, or barber would probably own a far more expensive tool. (An entry-level too for a pro is often $250 or more.)The "blade" is not 6'5 as indicated in the description. The overall length is 6'5. The blades are actually about half the total advertised length, or less. If you are looking to do something like scissor-over-comb you will be better off with a much longer overall length.I want to keep it just because of the craftsmanship, but feel like I should return it and get a proper larger scissor from another manufacturer.

These scissors do have a sharp cut but what I find I don't like is the cut is "soft". I read the review by the barber and I can see if you are a professional experience definitely counts when using these scissors. I have Fromm scissors and the cut feel is far different and for me more precise. I will not use these for cutting hair. They will go in the utility drawer for household use.

will be returning. I bought these to replace a pair of old shears I was using to cut the kids's hair, and it's DULLER than the OLD scissors! the blades don't meet close enough to cut fine hair. I have tried tightening it as much as possible. Have been cutting hair for many years, this was the LEAST sharp scissors I ever tried.

These scissors are good; however, I've used sharper ones which did cost a great deal more. If you just need shears for trim jobs, these should work fine. They are reasonably comfortable with the lining pieces attached.. I never use them for very long. They are a very sturdy design.

I bought these scissors based on the reviews. And I realize these are inexpensive scissors but I would have expected a little bit more sharpness for being brand new. I feel like they already need to be sharpened and I haven't even cut 10 heads yet

Was looking forward to using these. I think its for women or men with small skinny fingers, its sharp n seem well made, but to small for me. Wife gift instead:(

Just ordered this to cut my son’s natural hair for first time since all the salons and barbers are closed to to covid and it did a great job. Easy to use - very sharp and effective. Would def recommend this product. Great value fir money

Ils m'ont l'air d'être bonne qualité et à un prix intéressant.Cela dit, je ne mets pas 5* car lorsque je les ai acheté, fin décembre 2020, le prix affiché était de 76$ - 50 % ( = 38$); je me suis donc dit que c'était du middle gamme et là, à ma grande surprise, la promotion est enlevée et le prix est toujours à 38$.C'était donc une promotion mensongère et les ciseaux ne valent pas plus que 38$.Après, ils ont l'air d'être tranchants et de bien faire la job !
