King Golden Syrup - 16 oz (6 pack)

I grew up eating King Syrup on my pancakes and waffles. It still taste the same! I'm glad I was able to find it again. Please keep this product in stock (smile).

When I was growing-up, I loved this syrup! As I got older and moved, I could no longer find it. Once I found, and purchased it from Amazon, I found the flavor I remember! I hate the taste of maple, so this syrup is a fantastic alternative. this syrup is still the sweet, thick, buttery taste that I remember from years ago. The only issue I have is that the picture was of the old glass bottle, and I received plastic bottles in the mail (also, one had slightly opened, causing a little bit of a sticky situation...but barely any came out, so no harm done).

I have been using King Syrup to make my pecan pies for 22 years, it's delicious and I'm always asked for the recipe!

This is an old favorite but very expensive on Amazon.

I grew up on King Golden Syrup back in Pennsylvania, and have missed it greatly since moving west in 1978. Until recently, I had depended on the generosityof family members to ship me the occasional bottle, which we would then use so sparingly that sometimes I would forget that I had it on the shelf! So niceto find an entire six-pack for such an affordable price. Tiny bit of disappointment when it showed up in plastic dispensers, as opposed to the classic glass bottle pictured in the add. Pleased to announce that the quality was still very, very high!

I grew up eating King syrup in Delaware and as I moved several times I would always have family and friends bring me a bottle while visiting. Recently, this syrup is no longer available in Delaware so I was glad to find it on Amazon.com. Although it arrived in plastic bottles instead of the traditional glass bottles, the taste (quality) remains the same. I ordered a six pack and only have 2 as family and friends grabbed bottles as I opened the package.

I LOVE King Syrup!! As a child I would visit my grandmother in PA and we would have it for breakfast on buttered toast. I always looked forward to my visit because the Midwest didn't have it. It one of those childhood memories that gives you the warm and fuzzies. I would be enjoying breakfast while listening to my grandmother tell a story. When my family would pack up to return to MO, my folks would buy a couple cases of King Syrup to hold us over to the next visit. To this day, I am "54", everytime I eat it, I think of her and the wonderful memories, a time when things were simpler but good. ;-)

I grew up using King syrup and have never found any other as thick or good. It does not come in the glass jar as pictured, however but in flattish plastic ones that may be easier to ship and store but are not glass which I liked better.
