The media could not be loaded.  Good hard wood, slow burning and no insects, it's expensive, but when wood is not available in your area,, you must buy where you can.

I purchased the Timbertote natural fire wood. The wood was packaged securely and the wood is nice pieces of wood for my fire pit I will be purchasing more from this company and I would recommend. Update: Did I say that the customer service is awesome, well I am saying that Timbertote customer service is awesome and the fire pit wood is awesome too.

My son and his wife live in Texas, near Austin. They lost power during the cold snap like everyone else. When it started to get cold in the house they started a fire in the fireplace. They tried to find more wood for sale - there was none available. My son has some wood in the garage to make shutters for the front of the house - that burned up quick. My daughter-in-law (she has been lobbying for a kitchen redo for a couple of years.) suggested the kitchen cabinet doors (That's a joke.) I ordered the bundle of wood on Amazon (another joke) never expecting it to be delivered. It was delivered two days late, just four hours after the power was restored. I expected the wood to end up in someone elses fire place. The wood took the edge off a possible bad experience.

Good value for the price. Burned quicker than I would have liked. But good overall

I would've given ratings of ZERO if that option existed.I bought this firewood for a friend from another state who had just put in a backyard firepit. The firewood arrived in three different orders. This is what was included in the first order. 8 small pieces of wood. Not only was it so highly overpriced, but the packaging was a hot mess. The box was way too large and was falling apart.When I found out I immediately emailed the seller to cancel the remainder of the order, and provided a clear explanation of the content and packaging. However, two more orders arrived, both in the same condition as the first with the exception of an additional small piece of wood in each. Again the boxes were way too large, packaging tape was falling off the bottom ad/or sides of the boxes, boxes were gouged, etc. This more than likely occurred because the boxes were way too huge for the minuscule amount of firewood inside and nothing else was added to prevent shifting.My friend planned to return all three orders but the three labels sent to me each listed the weight as 61 pounds per box, which was more than the weight of the total. In addition, the boxes were too damaged to use for shipping. It wasn't worth the cost or the time to return this garbage.I've since learned you can purchase firewood for about 50 cents/piece. You do the math.What a scam! Don't do business with this company.

I use this wood in my fireplace perfect size not too big lit pretty fast I think it could be a little expensive it's not a slow burning wood that's the reason I think it could be pretty expensive to use but a great wood love it
