Battery life short, hard to get into ear, won't stay in ear, design for ear makes it impossible to insert properly. This comes from 78 year old who has tried many hearing aids.

I got six batteries with my set. When it came on Friday I had no clue that all six batteries would be dead by Sunday night. Either the batteries they sent weren’t very good or these units wear through them way too fast. I may have to buy a more expensive set to get proper use length from any batteries I use.They do not doo too well when turned up to max volume as the batteries die, lots of weird noises, not just background noise. High pitched hums and odd squeaks.But for $20 a pair they aren’t too bad. Just remember to buy Lots of batteries when you buy the set.

My child claims it really helps boost her hearing in her right ear. She was hearing sounds really muffled. This is just temporary until the doctor can see exactly what’s going on

The only reason this isn't getting 5 stars is because the right ear is somewhat finicky and has to sit just right on your ear to work. Yes there is static, but I heard that rain had a sound for the first time, what my kids sound like when they speak. However I have central auditory processing disorder and silent hearing loss. Also my tinnitus goes away when I wear them. They aren't a end all be all hearing aid but a great spare pair. I also love how they grip my ear! However I have very small ears

I purchased this item because of its affordability and the fact that it came with a pair instead of just 1. I had my husband assemble it and when I compared it with my current, it actually is a lot bulkier than I’d hoped. The right ear works great I guess but its no good to me because I’m in need of hearing in my left ear.I so wanted to give this item a shot. It would've given me another option when wanting to switch up my wardrobe and definitely not feel out of place if I needed to be dressed formally and I’ll not leave out the great price point but unfortunately, I am returning it for a full refund. If you’re looking for a reliable product I can’t recommend. If you need this for your right ear and don’t mind the opposite not working, go for it. Perhaps I just received one that had a malfunction.This is my honest review. I wouldn’t recommend because of the disappointment I felt, and my not wanting others to feel the same.
