A: Not sure chest size but I wear a XXL and it fits fine and it’s fully adjustable.

A: Yep!

**Q: Are there pockets on the back side to hold other things such as notepads??**
A: No, just little slots for pens, flashlight,  etc...I'd always stick a small notepad in the other radio slot when I wasn't in need of a 2nd radio.

**Q: Is this product big guy friendly? I'm a 4x uniform shirt**
A: I think it would work, they adjust up fairly big

Does exactly what it's supposed to. One standard comm fits perfectly snuggly and secured. There's a great place for ID badges pen in a couple things compartments / pocket. Lasted for several events still as if it's brand new. I tweaked my model to perform better for me heads up Gap tape does really well if the cord needs more attachment points especially around back to make soft.
