Don't update firmware else it will stop working. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ One Cartridge was not Recognized (I made it work) *by M***S on Reviewed in the United States on August 20, 2020* I'm putting 4 stars because my printer was not recognizing 1 of the cartridges they sent. To got it to work by just popping off the chip and putting the old cartridge's chip on it. It thinks the ink is low but at least it works. I'm not sure how many other people would know to try this so I imagine others would be more upset. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quick Fix & All Was Well *by E***A on Reviewed in the United States on December 4, 2020* Required some fiddling with; the magenta wasn't appearing on the page. After taking the ink out to inspect it, I realized that even though I peeled off the yellow tab, it left a layer of sticky coating behind so the hole that the tab covered initially was still blocked.I used a paperclip to poke through the membrane to open up that tiny hole. Not sure what that tiny hole at the top is for, but the ink won't leave the cartridge if that hole is blocked.
