Bye Bye Moles!!
This stuff really works, I used it diluted with a pesticide sprayer and it really worked. No more mole hills or uprooted grass

Seems just ok.
Product is ok. Used a liberal amount and sprayed on lawn. The mole activity has seemed to be reduce but not eliminated. I have had two mole mounds after 3 days. I will try just pouring in the mole holes as they occurr let’s see what happens

Pretty disappointing. But at least the moles are happy.
It appears the moles like this stuff. I have more moles now than I had before. I used it as directed for the first application. I reapplied at a 3:1 mix and they still come. For sure this is not the mole deterrent it is reputed be, at least in my case.

battery and solar ground ultrasound stakes (absolutely worthless - don't waste your money)
I've tried them all - traps, poison, battery and solar ground ultrasound stakes (absolutely worthless - don't waste your money), and smoke bombs (fun but ineffective). This stuff works great - you have to apply to wet grass with simple tank sprayer (cover every inch of grass), then soak it in with additional overspray. Use the 3oz per gallon; repeat every 6 weeks.

Lot of buck no bang
Mixture rate is very subjective to the degree of your problem. I have needed 3-4 applications to get results. The product needs constant agitation or you don't get even disbursement. A hand held sprayer is not recommended. Because it takes so long to work there are more economical options. The product delivery was also an issue. I went from a 3 day to 27 days.

makes the moles pack up and move
new house came with extra pets and deep ruts in the yard. Applied this closest to the house first. All digging/burrowing stopped where sprayed and moved further on into the yard. Obviously it was working. After doing section by section, the backyard is free of moles now. Our neighbors may not like us because they moved over to their yard. Will recommend this product to them.
