This is an amazing figure to behold and display. The attention to detail is impeccable.However, the parts are fragile. We had a mini earthquake and he fell over on the shelf. He didn’t fall off the shelf, just fell over and the rocket in his jetpack snapped in twoI called Sideshow to ask about purchasing a replacement rocket or jetpack. They were nice and polite but refused any customer support as I did not buy it from them directly but from one of their official dealersThe only reason I didn’t buy it from Sideshow was because they were sold outBottom line is some parts are very fragile for the price and expect no support from Sideshow if you buy it from one of their dealersI found a replacement jet pack on Ebay for $11 shipped. For want of an $11 part, which probably cost Sideshow half that. They burned a customer

I own 3 sideshow pieces and I won't purchase another. For being made if plastic these are very fragile and sideshow provides 0 customer support. They will not provide replacement parts and you will need them.

My son collects Boba Fett, this was a gift he really was happy to get.
