They both appear identical but the other is almost twice the weight.** A: The H-3557 body is made out of aluminum and functions good. I don’t know about the other model. The weight shouldn’t really matter but may last longer **Q: I need this handle on the right side. Won't work turning upside down, how to reverse this handle/operation?** A: The operator is non-handed and can be turned upside down and mounted the same as if it had not been turned over. It was too short to allow the e-clip that snaps onto the stud to hold it all together.
