Although way smaller than what i was expecting the thing works awsome no problems and seller was prompt on shipping

Unit failed after fire firing, melted all controls and destroyed my crucibles. Contacted Manufacturer, no response. Supplier charged me a restocking fee of $260.00 for the returned defective unit?????

- Small, nicely manufactured, easy to use. - Burnout worked as expected. It smokes a lot, same smell when you let burn bread in the toaster. A persistant smell, so do it in a well ventilated area or room. At first inner walls turn black but then the "dust" is burned out and as described, the unit come finally all white. - I wish the documentation about the PID temperature controller is more detailed. A serial or USB port would have been nice, specially to be able to program ramps.

Used this item 6 times for small clay pieces and the themocoupler disintegrated! I reached out to the company and they are currently helping me with the fix. If you plan to use this for clay call the company first so they can help you with the set up.

For the price, you can’t beat this. Follow the burnout instructions, and you’ll have a nice white interior. Note: I held mine at 1700 F for 20 minutes after the ramp up from 1200 in order to achieve the white interior. Make sure you only press the temperature up and down buttons. There is no need to press the other buttons. It will automatically hold at whatever temperature you select with the up and down buttons. When unpacking, the ceramic fiber may be a bit dusty. Keep this in mind unless you want to inhale some of that dust. In particular, the instructions that came with my unit were a bit dusty. Not a big deal. Overall, an excellent purchase.

I am so impressed with the performance of this kiln and with the customer service . So happy with it.

This product arrived repackaged from the shipping company and I've got to say it arrived without a scratch. Very well bubble wrapped. Additionally the thickness of the internal fire brick and overall design is perfect for my small jewlery projects, thank you!

The fan didn't work, I had to unscrew the thing and pull the leds upward for it to work, other than that it works as intended!
