Zyxel ZyWALL 1 Gbps ATP100, Advanced Threat Protection Firewall, Next generation Firewall bundled with 1-year security license services [ATP100]

Easy to setup. Had an issue trying to take a Microsoft certification exam that required me to disable it temporarily until the exam was done. I'll need to t-shoot this issue but it's a good firewall.

Loved it for the uinitial year at least. Needed one to protect credit card transactions, IPSec tunnels, etc. Wasn't too difficult to set up but suddenly it started resetting on it's own randomly. It would go into reboot and the sys lamp would just blink for 10 minutes then it would start up again. But the main problem after that was it wouldn't accept my saved settings. It would stop rebooting if set to default but the moment you upload your settings it would reboot.. So it's a big waste of money.Contacting customer service is near impossible, they lure you into some area expecting other users to help you which only one had some answers. I was able to get in vai the RS-232 console mode and make the recommended changes then it want back to the rebooting problem again. Several people were having the same issue..In all assessment these are way too difficult to set up when it's going to fail anyway. And good luck getting any feedback from HQ.
