Pretty cool neck pillow
I’ve tried a variety of neck pillows over the years. I think this one is pretty high up there for comfort and utility with regards to airline travel. It’s a smidge longer/taller than I’d prefer, but it works pretty well. Easy to put on and situate. The fleece liner is nice too.

No support
I tried this out and felt it wasn’t very supportive of my head at all. The product itself was very compact and would be great for traveling, but just didn’t work for me for comfort. Price was right and color was great - maybe it will work better for someone else.

Nice design that has gotten better with time - Extra fab support
Ordered this in January for use while traveling and for extra neck support when I had a crick that would not go away. So I used it quite a bit quite quickly - much better support than the Turtl I was replacing (it did hold up well until it was used as a chew toy by a pupper at Xmas. ;) )The 1st design of this had the cool butterfly support and scarf, but the scarf was attached with a metal buckle kinda thing. That buckle buckled. It broke apart in use.So, they had me order another and try it - same thing happened - and a 3rd was sent free. Same thing happened. Really liked it, overall, but the metal kept breaking and limiting its utility.This week I received a package that carried a surprise: A new one of these w/ a new metal fastener free design! Have not worn it much yet, but the butterfly support feels just as good and so does the scarf - and it absolutely seems more secure. So, extremely pleased with both the new design and the service that remembered me and sent me a new one to try! :)

Not very strong support
I have turtle pillow as well. This one is very similar to the turtle pillow, but the butterfly is less supportive than the turtle pillow in my opinion. I think the supporting area is smaller. But the design is good and firm. The metal latch is upgraded version and I don't see an issue to break.

A little small
The device works but it is on the small side. I have a 19 in neck. Have tried several pillows. None are great.
