Not Outout voltage displayed in ad.
Ad says 13.8 volts DC. Unit clearly says 13.5v. Sure would work, but I'd like to get what I supposedly ordered. Especially for $15.8 because I wanted it quickly.

It does the job.
However…this is the 3rd one that I have bought in (3) years bcuz at the end of the cord, it starts to break the edge and I see a small spark of light/fire and I’m forced to buy another one.
