Will this work for a Medela Pump In Style Advanced Breastpump #9207041? It has 2 vertical ports without stems inside of the ports.

They advise to cut the stems - then it is just the tubes and works for the pump in style

Do they have to be washed before using?

I wash everything before using anything. You just never know what happenes before it reaches you. Just my personal preference. I ran hot soapy water, let it sit, jiggled it around, than I rinsed with hot water and let air dry. I hope this helps you! Congrats for breastfeeding!

Are these tubes manufactured by Medela? (They don't seem like original Medela parts.)

No. They are made by Maymom and compatible with Medela pumps.

What is the tube length?

I believe it was very similar in length to the original tubing that Medela provided. However, I would not recommend this product. With my second time using it milk found its way back into the tube rather than the collection cup - a problem I never had with Medela. I wound up ordering the genuine thing.
