They came in a large box, marked fragile with plastic wrap around them like quality lamp shades you would expect to be wrapped. They are a very nice shape, clean looking and slightly off-white color. I measured twice and then ordered these to replace twenty-year-old shades. Very happy with the purchase.

I used it on a floor lamp in a dark corner of the bedroom, thereby creating a warm ambience.

I had a similar shade to this one -this one being a little smaller, and much brighter. Nice replacement..a little higher priced, but you get what you pay for in quality and craftsmanship.

Took a month to get to me and the lampshade is very thin. You can see the lightbulb through the shade.
