The main compartment holds a surprising amount (I can fit my 20oz hydro flask, camera, ipad, scarf, hat and other essentials), and I love the added security of the back facing zipper. The option to wear it as a purse means you can circumvent the "no backpack" rule at some retail shops or museums.. It seems well constructed, with added reinforcement where the straps meet the bag. It has proven very water resistant in the rainy Seattle weather. I've already taken it on several shorter trips, and am planning to travel with it on my upcoming trip to Europe and feel confident that it will hold up, and keep my items secure from pickpockets.I would recommend using smaller pouches to keep organized, as the main compartment is essentially a large bucket, and small items can roll around. But this bag does provide a lot of storage options! There are two smaller slide pockets in the interior, and a zippered pocket on the back panel which unzips to to access the main compartment. The front zippered pockets are also quite spacious, and fairly well hidden, though I might not store anything of value if you're in a place with high levels of pickpocketing. There are two open pockets on the side of the bag, perfect for stashing your umbrella or smaller water bottle.I was also impressed with the seller, they emailed me a week or so after delivery to confirm that I was satisfied with my purchase and the process.A great bag at a fantastic price from a wonderful seller. Just enough for all your everyday essentials, and maybe even some more. The quality of the bag seems good, the zippers all look well made and work great. The hidden zipper side pockets will be great to throw those items in you want to quickly access, like phone and keys. I didn't think I'd like the fluffy little attached keychain, but it's actually cute, not too much fluff and just adds a little extra style. It doesn't bother me, but as some other reviews mentioned it may be made of real fur so take note if that's a concern. Also, as others mentioned it was a nice added touch that it showed up with a scented sachet and smelled good, not that funky smell like some new bags can sometimes have.The only con I can see is that with the straps in the back, it does add a little difficulty in accessing the main compartment. But to me, that's worth it for the added security of the main pocket being against your back, and the ability to use as a backpack. Also, the side 'water bottle' type compartments don't fit any of my aluminum bottles.
