I love this tea brand, bought these packages for new year’s gifts. Nice presentable package. Elegantly designed box. Pleasant by touch. About flavor will say later. Have not tried yet. Tried this tea from different packages.

Arrived promptly and included sample packets as a bonus. It came resealable bag that fits in a rubber lid lined tin. I found it a very attractive presentation. None of that would have mattered if the tea hadn't been good, but the tea is living up to my highest expectations. I'm looking forward to trying another variety I've already ordered from them and I will order from them again in the future.

I had had this tea in a nice hotel, and kept the tea bag. I ordered this bulk tea but it isn't the same at all. A bitter aftertaste. Disappointed.

A little pricey, but, the best Earl Grey I've found so far. I'd definitely order again.
