I have problems falling asleep so I tried this. Needless to say iT DID NOT HELP AT ALL. I HAD NO SLEEP Waste of money. And they will not let you return it either. Totally garbage!!! Maybe if I used the entire box it might help a small amount. But please don’t waste your money

This differs as well because it a nutritional sleep aid that is not supposed to be addictive!TASTE is not the best when mixed with only clear water. I found mixing with 100% real juices makes the taste much more tolerable.POWDERY mix-in is the best way to describe this product. I do like that they are doused out per package and there's no measuring involved.INGREDIENTS in box-Natural GABA, L-theanine, Glycine + others.NUTRITIONAL natural Sleep AidI prefer nutritional, like this product.Drinking during the daytime seems to help calm after the mixture gets into system. We did not notice any shocking results negative or positive. However, it does seem to help with calming and some waking up throughout our sleeping. No grogginess in the mornings either which makes this sleep aid different for us.

Too many producers think supplements have to be sweet to sell.Bad choice.A good, simple flavor would do.

Makes a difference in deep, restful sleep. I'll definitely keep using this product.

Tried for 3 days,didn't sleep any better,felt worse each morning! Did not work for me,WATCH OUT,NOT RETURNABLE, SO WILL THROW OUT! I USE OTHER PRODUCTSBY THIS SAME CO. & HAVE BEEN VERRY HAPPY WITH THEM!........PUT THIS PRODUCT TO SLEEP BEFORE IT RUINS A GOOD CO.REOUTATION!

I add a package of this into my pomegranate juice, that I drink right before I go to bed. I sprinkle it into my drink and leave it sit. After about half an hour it has become completely dissolved. The flavor melds very well with the pomegranate, so it tastes even better. I used to take a melatonin liquid that I had sprayed under my tongue that had contained GABA, L-theanine, Glycine that had good results for me, but is no longer available. I had tried another supplement that GABA in it, but the level of it was much too high, causing me to feel very muggy and sluggish, for half of the next day. GABA does work, but in smaller amounts. This product has a much better balance, and it really helps me to feel sleepy and I can fall asleep much faster, with no noticeable side effect. My only problem is that I still am waking up after only a few hours and far too often I still cannot fall back asleep. It does help, but I am still looking for the supplement that will allow me to sleep soundly through out the night, without unpleasant side effects.

This does not have much of a taste which is a good thing for me but it does NOTwork. I have taken it 30 mins. before bedtime and have tried taking it an hour beforebedtime...Still NO sleep I think it is a waste of money So disappointed.
