One string got break out of 5 due to which it is easy to stretch now so wont effect much as before quality is just normal not as expected

You can make it 5 strings, 4 strings or 3 in a matter of seconds and then use as per your resistance requirements.Stretch and hold for 60 seconds for best training.

Nice in this price range used good metarial for handles also, but it will be better with less delvery charges (i. e. 77 rupee in my case)
