The media could not be loaded.  This microphone has a good sound with a noticeable midrange emphasis (which is fine when recording voiceovers). I did a couple of side by side comparisons, and this microphone has a strong signal output. It is lightweight and portable—most of the time, I'll be using it for voiceovers during content creation.The microphone works great for recording music. I recorded my piano playing, singing, and video, then stitched them all together using iMovie and it turned out beautiful! The microphone can also work great for gaming, but that's not something I usually do. I'm a little confused as to what the volume dial does on the front of the mic; I think I know what it does, but I really don't think it's necessary. If you're looking for a budget mic for recording the simple things and to get you started, I'd say this one would be great!

I bought it to make YouTube gaming videos with my kids for fun during quarantine from COVID and I’m simply shocked at how amazingly well it works! No background noise and clear audio of the 3 of us playing games. This thing is fantastic! Plug and go. It’s that simple!If you make your living recording audio feel free to spend hundreds of dollars for an incremental improvement. But this microphone performs at a level I simply would never have expected and does so outside of a studio setting.I will try plugging into my karaoke machine and see the difference with the other mics.

This thing sounds absolutely amazing!And don't worry about buying a microphone stand, as it already comes with everything you need, the cord, stand, pop filter and even a fuzzy!This is an amazing value for studio-grade sound quality! Definitely would recommend and buy again!I just replaced my AT-20 with it. My community could tell right away in the difference of the sound quality!

This is a very nice mic. I'm using it for my podcast recording and with just a tiny bit of noise reduction, it works like a charm. However, the USB A to B cable that it came with was broken. I tried it in every port, but it still didn't work. I tried another cable and it worked like a charm.

I used this twice when I first initially purchased it and it wasn’t great. Then I moved and it sat in the box for a while after moving and now it just doesn’t work at all and it’s too late to return it.

Great value and works flawless

I have purchased this to use for online D&D games and maybe some voice over work on videos. If you don't want to read it all of this then it's a good buy and sound quality is good.First impression wasn't great as I opened the box to see a crushed distorted foam mic cover. However this isn't really needed so its not important.The stand has a good weight and solid feel, no creaking or flex. The mic support is a bungee supported one and holds it firmly whilst preventing any vibrations from your desk hitting the mic. Pop filter is also great and easy to fit although it does destabilise the stand a little. Simply attached to the bottom to ensure it stays put.Lastly if you are a mac user, you will need to change the sample rate of the microphone. 192Hz will cause issues with a mac and won't work properly or may sound terrible. This isn't the mics fault, just the way apple seem to run things. In fact the following trick works for any mic including bluetooth ones if you're getting distorted sound.1. Open Audio Midi Setup.2. Find LCS USB Audtio3. Change Format to 44,100 HzThe mic will now work fine on your Mac.

The quality is very good and is much better than I expected for the price and easy to setup (plug and play on Windows). I did find the volume was a bit low if you are more than a foot away from the mic. I ended up using some third party software (Voicemeeter) to increase the volume going into my recording software. But the sound quality is very good and does a good job of cutting out background noises.I would definitely recommend for anybody looking for a first mic. to do podcasts/voice overs/streaming etc.

This USB mic is very good for the money, it gives a clear sound and using the filter reduces pop sounds as you would expect. I did experience an issue when i first plugged in where it sounded distorted however to fix the issue was simply changing a setting in windows for the bit-rate of the device and the default was wrong.Overall this is a very good product and would recommend to anyone who wants a quality mic for a cheaper price tag.

I make the odd YT video, so I decided to purchase this microphone which is 100 times better than my headset microphone.This kit has everything you might need for around £30.It looks good on the desk, the sound quality is great and the setup is very easy.Recommended.
