The color temp can pass as an underwater video light. Not to warm or cold with a fairly broad spectrum. Distribution on wide angle is good but not as good as a fixed focus video light. There are slight variations due to the focus mechanism but they can only be detected against a wall or other uniform surface. Under water when filming wildlife the light is completely even. Spot mode is bright. Strong enough as a primary but small enough as a secondary.
