I like to use it for aromatherapy, as my carrier oil for face/body/scalp preparations, since it is nice and light (though not as light nor as easily absorbed as fractionated coconut oil). I also use it as a nail/cuticle oil. Th eonly reason I didn't give it a full five stars is because it's only 4 ounces, so it's not a terrific bargain. That said, I think it's worth the price because it is a truly natural and high quality product... no fragrance or preservatives, and it's cold pressed. As far as it being "organic," well, it is not CERTIFIED organic, since it does not carry that seal on the package... so we don't really know if it's organic or not... without that seal, it's a crap shoot. That's another reason I deducted a star.
