Does the power supply shroud have mounts to put any intake fans to blow on the gpu?

No it does not, the fans on the front of the case supply airflow to the psu area as well as the video card heatsink area and is more than adequate, The shroud does however have mounting for 2 ssd's and great cable management for them.

What RGB controller comes with it. is it 3 pin or 4 pin and how many ports does it have to plug more fans into?

Since the TD500 Mesh is an ARGB case, it will have the 4pin with 3rd pin blocked connectors. The ARGB controller in this case is a single port that utilizes a splitter, you can incorporate another splitter to increase that number though. CM-PNguyen
