Perfect for the OMRON Platinum Blood Pressure Monitor BP5450

This case holds the OMRON Platinum Blood Pressure Monitor BP5450 with the HEM-RML31 upper arm cuff. It has room for spare batteries, USB-C charging cable and a wall adapter as well.There appears to be some confusion about which monitors/cuffs will fit. The description clearly states that this case is not for the OMRON Platinum Blood Pressure Monitor BP7450 with the Omron Easy-Wrap Comfit Cuff HEM-FL31. The HEM-FL31 has a ridged metal insert that will not fit without tightly coiling the cuff in a way that may damage the cuff.

It fit my Omron 10 series blood pressure machine perfectly. A little snug, overall it fits. I like the embroidery on the case. It indicates a cuff with 120/80 blood pressure goal. Makes it easier to find. Quality is great! It's strong.

This case is very nice. It is sturdy, with excellent double zippers. The handle is securely attached. It does not cause discomfort to someone who has arthritis in their hands. These cases vary, according to BP Cuff model.My OMRON ELECTRONIC cuff did NOT come with a case! I called Omron and they have No case for their Own units! This is what led me to purchase this Storage bag.It would be beneficial if the space was deeper where the hard cuff is stored. With the actual unit in place, with the cord, it is Tight. But, where there's a will, there's a Way😊😉

Fits everything for OMRON BP7450, but could use a lid pocket

This is a nice case for the OMRON BP7450 blood pressure monitor. The case even has room for the AC adapter.The biggest complaint is that there is no pocket in the lid to hold the manual/warranty. If the case manufacturer wanted to make a single improvement it would be to add a pocket in the lid that opens on the left or right side. An opening in the top or bottom would risk the contents falling out.
