Tasty
I enjoy kimchi. Finding a good packaged type can be difficult. These packets are a bit pricy but buying in bulk saves a significant amount of money. At an average of under 2 bucks each, this makes an excellent quick snack/meal. The packets are small so emptying one on rice or ramen is the perfect add on for a single meal. Convenience and freshness in an easy open pouch. Great to have in the pantry

Pretty good
I like the size. I can eat the whole thing in one sitting. It's not as flavorful as I was expecting. I don't do spicy well but this is not even spicy by my standards. But it is tasty and hopefully has the good probiotics in it that I'm looking for.

Jongga can do better
Jonnga makes some really good varieties of kimchi, unfortunately this is not one of them. This comes in shelf-stable pouches, meaning it's pasteurized, meaning it's been cooked. It tastes like mildly spicy vegetable soup. Will not be buying again.

Make's a great breakfast
Taste great! I mix this with a pkg of ramen noodles and lightly fried egg for a great breakfast. This stuff taste really good and is just the right amount. It's nice to have this shelf stable also.

Don't buy it if you are shopping for real Kimchi.
It tastes terrible, despite the photo of nice large crisp Kimchee - you get tiny pouches of mush. I'd call it tasteless mush, but it's tastes really bad as well. It's about as close to real Kimchi as the photo's of Big Mac's are close to what you get at McDonalds. Bait and switch.

So Delicious, but Not Too Hot
We have been suffering since our favorite Korean BBQ closed. They made their own kim-chi, with not just cabbage but all sorts of veggies. All the ones we tried from the market were positively bland, flat, almost tasteless. Other restaurants, so-so. This is all cabbage, but the taste is there. If what you want is maximum burn, this will be too mild for you. We've had it with burgers and with hot dogs, sides of hot rice or mac salad. It has a good bite, but isn't a burnout, with good flavour. I'm saving the juice to see if I can add some zucchini and carrots and up the game. As it is, the two of us are mostly killing a can at a meal, so buy enough for your number of diners. I'm not sure only one 4-pack a month is going to be enough.
