I read all the 5 star reviews and I was cautiously optimistic. Some made me think they were fake reviews (it have good sound?) but I figured its 21, so if it was really bad at least i could write an honest review.I'm on the hunt constantly it seems for a good bluetooth headset that sounds good to the person I'm calling, and to me as well. This really is a good headset. I called the pickiest person I knew, my niece, and ran some tests. She could hear me do the dishes but she said it sounded like she was in the room with me rather than in the sink. I went outside in the wind with it clipped to my puffiest, loudest coat and she had no problems hearing me . The only thing that was weird was how loud the microwave button sound was on her end. She said it sounded like a fire alarm (my partner said the same thing). I rustled plastic and paper, and she could hear it, but again it wasnt nearly as disturbing as other headsets.I could hear everyone I called no problem, and the volume was on low. I played music until it died, and it lasted about 5 hours. That was out of the box so it'll be interesting to see how long it lasts with a full charge. I'm not a fancy music headset person. I owned a pair of Beats that worked for a year before they broke, and they didnt sound so amazing that I would buy another pair. Having said that, the music sounded just fine. It isnt surround sound so keep that in mind. You are left with a free ear, which I like so I can hear ambient noise around me.I have tried other name brand trucker style headsets like blue parrot, and while they sound good, they are too fragile for the price. I can buy 4 of these for the price of my last blue parrot that broke after falling 2 feet. And that's what I'm going to do. I'll give it a week to see how sturdy this is and then buy back ups.The clip is very secure, but it does take a bit to get used to having it clipped on you versus wearing it totally on your head. I ripped it out if my ear 3 times just by doing silly things, so that's something to think about.Again, if you are looking for a headset that sounds good while calling, this is it! Tomorrow I will make calls in the car. I look forward to this exceeding my expectations in that area as well.I am not a sponsored reviewer (if they want me to im down lol). I'm just a regular person, looking at a bluetooth headset, asking it to work well. And this one does!

I needed an earbud to wear when I'm riding my motorcycle. I only use one so I can hear traffic and sirens etc. This is perfect because the clip ensures that if the earbud falls out I won't lose it on the freeway. Works great, love it!

I asked "Does this have a loud, annoying voice prompt such as when you connect does it blow your ear out and say "CONNECTED!" or anything like that?" A couple people said no. It does however. Must be new and "improved." Very loud and distorted voice prompts. Just get rid of the voice altogether and make it beep quietly. Also the retract button is too easy to hit when pushing the clip. :[

The unit works very well for phone calls. People on the other end can hear me clear as a bell.The wired ear bud is a real plus! If you tire of having it in your ear you simply take it out and let it hang until you need it. Unlike a normal earpiece that when you want it out of your ear you have to put in your pocket. Then dig it out when you need it. Uhg...

Sound quality is good, set up is fine. Had it for less than 2 months and the retractable cord no longer retracts. The return window was only for 1 month.

One thing i do not like about the retractable ear piece is that if you retract the ear bud while it is in your ear. i can be quite uncomfortable. Make sure the bud is out of your ear before retracting. other than that, i have purchased 4.

I buy these cause they are perfect for my job and I've purchased more than a couple. But the last pair I received they keep disconnecting and reconnecting over and over again all night. So needless to say this will be the last ones I purchase

This Bluetooth device has got to be the best one I have ever purchased that I have no regrets. I drive a truck for a living. Everyone can hear me without hearing the rumbling of the truck, and I can hear them perfectly fine. Only when I get out of the truck and crank the trailer dolly legs or stand under the refrigerated engine does anyone say they cannot hear me. I can even leave my phone in the truck and walk to the rear of the trailer (53 foot) and not loose connection. The only thing I don't like about it is that it's an earbud. Other than that, it's great. I clip it onto my shirt collar and it stays there all day until I take it off.

This is not good. I received defective item. Pleasd aware to buy item like this, they are sending the defective item. Then very big problem to return, double expenses. Reałly not good, like wasting money and time
