XLABDelta 425 Single Bottle Rear Hydration System with Carbon Cage for Triathlon and Road Bikes

UPDATE: today I have lost my Xlab tool carrying bottle (a net loss of $84). When I look at the photo, I see that it is at a 30 degree angle, with respect to the force of gravity. This means that going through bumps (on a road bike) as you ride will result in two forces, downward plus rearward. The rearward force will pull the bottle away from the 1” retainer for sure, at the same time the downward force will collect the toll! Poor design. The tab could have been designed at 2”. Well, at least I did not loose my ID and cash.

Prior to purchasing the XLAB Delta 425 I had the Profile behind the seat mounting system. It was great at launching bike bottles and losing fattening hardware. I dumped it after 6 months of use.This XLAB read hydration system is the complete opposite. Very clever engineering and fastened quite nicely to my Fiziks saddle. The cage is sturdy enough to securely hold my Mezzo Pod securely. I have gone on some seriously bumpy elevated rides recently and am confident in this system. After checking fastening bolts they are are very well. Im no longer worried. Best investment I have made in cages for my bike!

Not the cheapest or easiest to install, but rock solid. It's one of the few systems that work with the ISM Adamo saddles because of the shape of the rails and the transition hook. Love the fact that you can adjust the angle of the bottle cage as well. Highly recommend it.

Great Bracket! Solid and good adjustability. Very clean look and tucks the bottle nice and tight under my ISM PN2.0 Saddle.Only complaint is that the coating on the bracket scratches easily.

Hallo,grundsätzlich ein schöner Halter und er tut, was er soll. Auch die Optik ist okay.Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt jedoch überhaupt nicht. Dazu ist auch das anbringen zu fummelig.Einfach mal schnell abbauen, wenn er stört (z.B. beim Einladen in ein Auto) ist nicht.Ich empfinde den Preis für die Leistung deutlich zu hoch. Ist sicherlich Geschmacksache. Aber ich denke, ich hätte noch bessere gefunden.
