Bigger than advertised. 5.5" not 5"! Usb power outputs don't charge as fast as they should.
Firstly I was a bit surprised at the sizem I bought it cuz it was suppose to be one of the most compact chargers available and listed at 5" small on the main picture. Turns out that it's actually a bit over 5.5" which is 10 % bigger than anticipated but ok not the end of the world.. But, then I saw that the Charger doesn't seem to charge devices as fast as expected. Qc 3.0 port with appropriate usb A- usb C cable 3.0a took almost 5 mins (277 seconds) to charge new I pad air 1%. That's along Time. As opposed to when I used the c port ( PD port) with a double sided c port cable to charge the I pad it only took on average 1:22 (88 seconds) to charge the I pad 1%. That's 3.5 times faster , aren't both ports suppose to be 3.0 and even if one was only 2.4 it shouldnt be charging 350 percent faster..? Ami missing something?I also tried testing it's capability of charging devices while the power block is being recharged itself. This is something I do at night to charge app my devices at once. During this experiment I plugged in 2 I pads using the usb a ports 2.4 & 3.0. . I was charging the bank using the c port a double sided c port cable and a 20 w iPad block also a c port block. The total input power rating is 3.0 and the total output rating is limited to 3.4. so although both ipads are plugged in they should be limited to sharing only 3.4 a total while the intake of the charging block should be taking in only 3.0. the iPads were empty and the power bank was at 50% power reading. I expected the power bank reading to slowly decrease as the output was greater than the input. But to my surprise the power reading was actually increasing! It was going up by 1 % approx every 5-6 mins! That doesn't make any sense? I then tried switching the charging method of the power bank from the c port charging intake to the micro usb charging intake which is only 2.4 amp. I used appropriate cables and blocks maximizing power levels so it was regulated by only the chargers abilities. I noticed that the power reading stated the same this time and only actually lost 1 % of power after around 35 minutes of use. This just doesn't make sense. The input rate is only 3.0 and the outputs are totaled at 3.4 yet some how instead of slowly loosing power it gains power. This could only mean either the recharging rate for the bank is much higher than listed or More Likely the bank charges considerably slower than advertised. The c port seems to charge things very fast but the other ports seem to be nothing to write home about.

Great, reliable EDC power bank.
Perfect little charger. I’ve already charged my Nintendo Switch, PS Vita and a couple of iPhones to full charge for some friends all to a 100%, and there’s still enough juice left more more. The size is compact and lightweight- so easy to carry around. I especially love that I found the perfect case for it- I purchased the Bellroy Classic Pouch (of many that I returned just for this power bank), and it fits my power bank and cords ever so perfectly and is now my go-to EDC electronics carrier.**Just for reference, I exchanged the RAVPower 26800mAh 30W PD USB C Power Bank for this one- I found that one to be big, bulky, and heavy- and it was a really tough task trying to find the right size case to fit it, along with some of my other edc power cords.I am just over the moon about the performance and compact size of this charger. I also really love the physical screen that shows you the percentage of battery life vs. the “dots” for indication. Major plus for me! And like I mentioned- super thrilled that this power bank fits so nicely into my Bellroy Classic Pouch. The power bank + pouch combo are such a beautiful match together-it feels good to own nice things that really have a purpose- it really helps me to appreciate and enjoy the things that I own. :)All in all, 100% recommend this power bank to anyone! Great for anyone that needs a reliable backup, for anyone into the edc world, and for anyone looking for nice gifts! :)

Worked great for two weeks, usbc port no longer works :( customer service contacted and corrected :)
I really do love the rav power products, I was super excited about buying the portable charger as I researched multiple chargers, and this was the best choice.Along with the portable I purchased a usbc to lightning cord so I can utilized the fast charge feature and even a Rav power wall plug.A week later, I can no longer charge my phone with the portable and I had only charged it from zero maybe two times, and I don’t have any cord to test the two USB ports but for the the usbc port is shot for some reason, and there is no damage at all, super clean and new. I thought maybe the charger cord had broke cause that is usually always my issue but I was able to charge my phone with the same usbc to lightning with the wall charger. The product is great at charging, I was really really shocked and loved it. I hope it starts to work or maybe I can get it serviced but I’m sure i just got the unit that is iffy because so many reviewers loved this product.Update: After my slight inconvenience with my portable power bank and sending a review out, I was contacted very quick by the support team making everything right by refunding my purchase and sending out a replacement! I’m beyond satisfied with the customer service and am glad I choose RavPower over the other brands of chargers.

Do Not Buy. 2 replacements in a week.
Don't buy it. I had this charger for 4 days before it stopped working. Amazon replaced it of course, and I used that one for 1 day before it stopped working too. Really disappointed because I like the size look and feel of the device. Not only that I must have reviewed at least 50 power banks before deciding on this one. How does a product get this many great reviews and I can't get one to last a week. Doesn't make any sense to me.
