I have two other prints. The legs are so wide that the darker prints almost resemble a clown suit and/or they just look too baggy (I'm a size 4-6 overall), so I will be tapering the legs (conveniently, I'm a seamstress); I basted and tried this effect the other day and it was adorable.....so there ARE options if you try and find them way too big but love the pants overall. The cherry blossom print I may leave loose and flowing.I am 5'3", have a 25-26" waist, and generally take a 4 in the top, 6-8 (to 10, depending on style) in the bottom. PLENTY of room in the hips here, but if your waist is over 32", it could possibly be a very snug/uncomfortable fit. (??) My guess, based on how they fit me; I honestly wouldn't know, however. I have 3 pairs and the cherry blossom pair is the snuggest in the waist; the other two are a bit loose and I will probably wind up altering a bit (as I do to 90% of my waistlines. Thank you, sway back!).Can't recall the laundering instructions (not even sure if there WERE any, quite frankly), but as a daring seamstress used to throwing "dry clean only" fabrics in the washer before cutting, I just tossed these right in the washer with like colors and they came out perfectly. I only tumble dried for about 5 minutes and hung them up immediately. The fabric is very, very thin and delicate and is quite see-through when held up to light, so you may want to wear with pant liners. (I typically pair them with tunic that covers my rear, so not so much of an issue.)With Amazon Prime's free returns, you can't go wrong. Lovely, unique variation if you're looking for palazzos or something different from run-of-the-mill styles and quite effeminate. A nice alternative for modesty types who don't prefer snug, tight pants also.Nicely unusual (as they hail from China, apparently) and a great price.
