Beside from quick shipping, I was messaged by the company itself how I liked the sauce. I was not fully won over, as how I was told this sauce tasted like a more full profile habanero sauce. When I mean by more full profile I was told it was similar to the likes aardvark or yellowbird habanero, so basically not just something that spikes up something but gives what ever your eating that distinct taste of your sauce.This is not that, but what I came to find out with using this sauce that's a great thing. But by just letting the company know my initial thoughts, they quickly sent out a bottle of there garlic sauce which was more of a profile I was told about this antidote sauce. The garlic is a definite great sauce but this hot sauce really won me over in the long run. This is by far the best clean and straight to the point southern cajun habanero sauce. You want some kick without making what ever your eating just taste like your go to sauce, this is the one for you. Also found my self using this to spike up the heat of my other sauces like sriracha, franks, crystal etc. The heat is perfect for me, spicy no doubt but not overpowering and taking away from your meal. Also do to the good amount of heat you use small amounts, thus enabling one bottle to last very long. It was out of stock for a while I'm guessing due to the supply chain issues. So I had given up on it and tried multiple other hot sauces in its absence. I longed for the return of this sauce while I was met with disappointment after disappointment by other hot sauces. It has finally replenished in stock and my taste buds couldn't be happier. I put this hot sauce on nearly everything so I go through the four bottles pretty quickly.The only negative I've got for this is the design of the bottle. I have an empty small Franks Red Hot bottle that I use and transfer the contents over to. I like the design much better on the Franks bottle. It had all the right keywords: "zombie", "cajun", and "antidote".I'm used to spicy foods (Asian level: MAX). Most spicy Asian ingredients use Thai chili peppers, which are pretty damn spicy; I figured I'd try an American spicy sauce for comparison.This "Antidote" sauce contains Cayenne and Habanero peppers. While I've had Tabasco sauce containing Habanero peppers, Tabasco is nothing compared to this. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate this a 7.5 on the spice level. It didn't make my face sweat, so a 7.5 is what it gets.The word "cajun" is on the bottle, but I didn't really sense the Cajun too much, so I'm subtracting a star. I'll continue to use the sauce and see if the Cajun bit shows up in other foods, and update as necessary.If you want a good spicy hot sauce, this is a nice one to try—if you're up for the challenge. Recommended.— TIP —If you want to handle your spicy foods (which will open up a world of options for you), try this technique I did as a child: Put a few drops of Sriracha Chili Sauce (or a really hot sauce of your preference) into a meal, next time, double the amount, and continue to double until you build a tolerance for it.
