I’m giving this five stars because it does exactly what I hoped it would do. The massage feels strong enough to be useful without feeling too rough, and I really like that I can adjust the settings depending on what area needs more attention. The neck and back massage features are especially helpful, and the heat adds a nice level of comfort when I’m feeling tense or stiff. It fits well on a regular chair, which makes it easy to use at home without needing a full massage chair. I also appreciate that it feels sturdy and simple to operate. This is one of those products that actually feels worth the money, especially if you sit for long periods or deal with regular neck, shoulder, or back tightness. Overall, I’m very happy with it and would recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient at-home massage option. Five stars from me.

This chair provides deep massage. The compression feature is unique & works well on the hips. It appears to be durable & well made unlike other massage chairs I've had. The fit of the height of the neck massage works well. The intensity of the shiatsu is strong & I am very happy with this product

I accidentally broke our Brookstone massager just like this one and wanted to just replace with the same one, but Brookstone no longer makes it and since it's been around 5 years, it's out of stock everywhere. I purchased a regular Comfier massage chair last year to have a light weight one for travel, which did work out well, so finding this one from the same company made me more confident that it would be a good substitute. The most important feature to me was the air compression, as it helps my Fibro pain. I appreciate the level options for this feature -- something Brookstone's didn't have! The heat is another essential feature and it was a comfortable temperature. The optional padding over the back rollers also has the potential to come in clutch when my Fibro is bad, making me far more sensitive. The only complaint I have is the run time not having options as well. 15 min is not nearly long enough for those with chronic pain like me, but I can see it being ok for my husband or on days before work when I don't have time for a longer massage. It's not the biggest deal in the world, but showing you know your customer means knowing chronic pain sufferers will be a decent demographic of your business, which means time options should be one of the priorities. At least two: 15 and 30. Otherwise I'm happy with the purchase so far! Thank you, Comfier, I am in less pain because of your product. 🙇‍♂️

Anyone with a back or neck problem should consider buying a massage neck and back massager as it really helps anyone that has these problems. Confier is a very reputable company with many good products and priced reasonably. I have used a massage pad for over 25 years since I had a very bad car accident and use it daily for 15 minutes.

I'm 5'7" and my experience with this chair has been quite expectional. The massage rollers on the back hit all the way from the lower back to just under my shoulder blades. The neck massager hits the shoulders basically where my neck connects to my upper back. The massagers do a really great job of working out the knots and kinks in your back and upper shoulders. I like that the massager rollers are rounded because they do feel comfortable when pressing against your muscles. There are several different settings which you can choose which setting feels best or works the best at massaging your muscles. The chair is really comfortable to sit in and with the air seat it's like it hugs you inside the chair and gives you a comfortable, stable feel while sitting in the chair. The heated back setting is amazing. Heat just feels good and relaxes your muscles and it works really well when combined with the massage rollers. The seat base has 3 vibration settings but I didn't really care for that sensation on my butt and legs. I just really appreciated the massage part of the chair because I work a manual job and when you work that type of job it feels good to give your muscles a release by massage. As sad as it is to say I feel manual jobs can take a toll on your back at times and with this chair is gives your back comfort and release by working your muscles. I also feel that if you deal with stress or tension in your upper back the massage rollers in that area can help loosen that tension. My husband, who is 6’4”, says that the chair is a little small for him, like he doesn’t use the air seat because he’s a bigger person but the back and neck rollers work well for their intended purpose such as massaging the large part of the back and the upper shoulders but not quite to the neck (too bad the neck rollers couldn’t move up and down like the back rollers). Overall I'd definitely recommend this chair. It's like your daily dose of muscle relaxation and relief.

Bad product, worse care. It was OK at first but broke within 2 months, Amazon will not back the product, and the seller will not allow a return after 1 month. Amazon directs us to the seller for support. The sellers policies seem intended to only back the product once, and ensure we get almost nothing back for a return. I didn't keep the box because it's large and I don't have space. Now they will only give me half my money back after I mail the large product back to them. With shipping I'd barely get $20 for the hassle, while they keep most of my +$180. Don't waste your money. It will likely only last a couple months at best. You're better off getting a real massage at that cost. They gave me a choice, they'll send me a new one if I video the problem. I asked if that one breaks will they back that product. The answer was no. OR I can mail it back, and only get half my money back. Between packaging and mailing the bulky broken item, I'd be left with a tiny fraction of the cash I paid. While they get away with not actually backing their product. The middle massager roller(best part of the machine) seems to have broken whatever track it rides in. I just wanted to get my money back, or know that they'd also back the replacement item with the same warranty. I told them I'd be OK with a replacement if it also had the same warranty. They said it would not. If they won't do either, they're banking that our busy schedules won't allow us to follow up and deal with the hassle of this useless policy.

I work long hours and my back is usually wrecked by the end of the day, so I figured I would give this a shot as my name brand one wasn’t cutting it. Honestly this thing has been way better than I expected. Now when I get home I just throw it on my chair, sit down, turn it on, and it feels amazing. It’s become part of my routine at this point. The rollers hit pretty much every spot on my back. It actually feels like a real massage instead of those cheap pads that just vibrate and call it a day. The heat is also really nice. Not too hot, just enough to loosen things up after sitting all day. One thing I didn’t expect to like as much is the air compression on the seat. The way it squeezes your thighs actually feels great and kind of adds to the whole massage instead of just being a gimmick. Same with the vibration in the seat. It just makes the whole thing feel more complete. The crazy part is I actually own a name brand massage chair that cost me about three times as much as this. I’m not even joking when I say this one gives me better relief. That surprised me a lot. It’s easy to set up, you can throw it on pretty much any chair, and it just works. If you sit a lot for work or deal with back tension this thing is absolutely worth it. I use it almost every day now and I’d buy it again without thinking twice.

I was very impressed on how powerful this massager is. It's like having my own massage chair, but less expensive. It fits perfectly on my recliner. This massager is a bit heavier and has thicker padding than other massager mats I've used. But this one gives a nice deep, relaxing massage. The Shiatsu setting is very intense. It massages deep down into my back and it feels great, especially after working long hours at my job. The wired remote is multifunctional and has many different settings for your massage preference. It only took me a few minutes to figure out all the settings on the remote and how to adjust them. There are 3 vibration settings and you can adjust the direction of the neck massager. You can also set it for Shiatsu or Rolling massage. There is also a small pouch on the side to place the remote. I would highly recommend this product!
