Great snack food !
Have not tried with milk. I put it in a baggie and snack on it like kids do cherrios 🤣 the cinnamon and crunch satisfy that craving for something sweet. Hardly any sugar however. Quality cinnamon, nice and strong. Handful I am good. Chocolate is ok but sweeter to me , prefer the cinnamon. You can only eat so much cinnamon, keeping portions down. Strawberry was not good. Like the old fake nestle quick strawberry ..

Horrible
I don't know what kind of cereals these 5 star reviews are eating but this cereal DOES NOT taste like Cap'n Crunch nor have any real flavor at all. In fact they taste more like a protein-burny flavored cardboard. In my head, I even thought "Cardboard has more flavor than this"....And I'm PREGNANT. I can pretty much smell flavoring from across the room. Haha. I understand they are very healthy. I have eaten my fair share of health foods, as I am an Autoimmune sufferer and have to stay away from traditional fair.... but Holy Hell. No.This cereal is so bad that once this box is choked down, I won't even buy from the rest of the Forager line of cereals. It is also WAY over priced; you only get 6 servings to a box and the box it's self isn't really that big to begin with. No, no, and no in my book. Don't waste your money.

Great for being gluten-free
This cereal has a good flavor and crunch. I added some fruit and nuts to it to make it even better.

Delightful Organic grain free cereal
I really like the cereal, but it does have peas in it and hence a pea like aftertaste, which for a breakfast cereal is not super appealing. I'm glad I tried it though, it is more for people that have allergies to grains, which I don't, I'm just a vegetarian. I also found out about their other products like cashew milk and so forth which I wouldn't have known about but would like to try.

Not bad flavor wise, but way overpriced and probably won't buy again.
I'm a diabetic and have been on a mission to find healthier things for me to eat. I purchased the 4-pack where you get 2 chocolate and 2 cinnamon. Chocolate was the best flavor in my opinion, cinnamon was good too, it kind of reminds me of those golden snaps cereal. Not bad for being low in sugar. But I do have to say it's way overpriced for such a tiny amount. I can't justify spending that kind of money when you only get 4 tiny boxes of just okay cereal. Maybe if it was a huge bag of Malt-O-Meal that you find in the grocery store then that'd be more reasonable, but also maybe not as something simple as cereal shouldn't break the bank. I plan on trying the strawberry flavor next, but I probably won't continue buying since you don't get your money's worth of product. I'm interested in trying all the cashew-based products in the Forager store but nothing seems to be available yet so that's disappointing. I'd really like to try the ice cream since I am lactose intolerant and need something gentle for my digestive system. Hopefully Amazon has it in stock soon, or maybe I'll find it at the grocery store?

Much much better than their Amazon rating!
I don't know why these get such a bad rap. I think they're delicious. As someone who's been grain free for many years, Forager cereals are my new comfort food. I really missed having a bowl of cereal and milk and so many other grain free cereals just get soggy and gross fast once you add milk. Not Forager cereal. They do soften a little bit if you let them sit, so if that's the issue one has, just leave them a few minutes. The strawberry is my favorite. It reminds me of cereals I grew up with, without all the gunk and added sugar. I hope Forager keeps making them because I will keep buying them by the case!

Big black hair and very low flavor
Today I found a long black hair in the cereal. Considering I have shorter hair than this black one and my color is brown, I was really grossed out. Certainly the copacker for the cereal should have stricter requirements for the employees to wear hair nets! Kinda gross when it's wrapped up in your spoon.Beyond that, the cereal has very low, almost unnoticeable strawberry flavor. I like the ingredients and nutritional profile but not the lack of flavor and certainly not the hair.

(Used to) Love this stuff!
With all my food sensitivities, this is hands down my favorite one right now! And I appreciate the protein without nuts. A+!!Update 12/5/20: oh no! What did they do!? They've completely changed the consistency and the flavor. This used to be one of my favorite cereals, but I probably won't buy again to see if they fix it in a little while. When you're expecting super crunchy big O's with lots of cinnamon sprinkle, it's a big disappointment when it's sort of mushy, the consistency of Golden Puffs, and much less flavor! Big bummer.
