What is the ingredient list for this product?

I do not believe that this contains real almond extract. However, even if it is a synthetic flavouring I have been using it for some time now and it tastes very good. No-one would ever know that it is not real. Because I use a lot of both Almond and Vanilla flavouring in cooking, I find that the Preema Essence 500 ml is extremely good value for money versus the "genuine" but very expensive smaller bottles. I do recommend this product.

How much of the essence do you use for your ice cream? How many teaspoons?

As a general rule, I use 2 teaspoons per litre, for a subtle taste.

Tastes good makes good cocktails

Good flavour

Good strength of flavour. I used this product to make almond flavour icing and baked a cherry and almond cake using it. The bottle is slightly larger than the one I normally get from the supermarket. Easy to open. I feel it is good value.

I used this to make flavoured coffee syrup, I got the flavour. However it just floated on the top of the syrup you would need an emulsifier to sort it out otherwise
